- Interview training for Managers – accredited in Targeted Selection interviewing techniques, and with extensive interviewing and interview coaching experience, we are well credentialed to train managers on interview skills that will lead to better hiring decisions.
- Recruitment – we can run the end-to-end recruitment process or can simply assist you with components of the process such as shortlisting or interviewing. With experience in the outsourced recruitment sector as well as many years of internal recruitment experience, Danielle can provide you with expert support so that you hire the right person and position yourself as a desirable employer in the employment market.
- Human Resources support – Danielle possesses particular expertise and experience in Industrial and Employee relations, performance management, policy development, legal compliance, recruitment and restructuring.
