Career Transition Workshops
For some organisations, it is just not feasible to offer one-to-one outplacement support. However, you do want to provide some valuable support to employees that are transitioning out of the business. When an organisation has 3 or more employees who are experiencing retrenchment, Career Transition Workshops might provide an effective alternative to one-to-one outplacement.
CMA run Career Transition Workshops that cover the following topics, and which will give employees all of the information they need in order to navigate the job market and find their next role. These sessions are designed in a way that enables some one-to-one interaction and feedback. Topics covered in the workshops include the following, and support materials are provided:
- Writing Great Resumes
- Navigating the job market and understanding the hidden job market
- Job Application letters
- LinkedIn profile writing
- Interview preparation – how to nail the interview
Run over three 90 minute sessions, indicative pricing for these workshops (conducted at client’s premises) is as follows:
$440 per session ($1,200 for workshop series) – 3 – 5 participants
$640 per session with 2 presenters ($1,800 for workshop series) – 6 – 8 participants
Prices are negotiable where multiple workshops are required. Workshops can also be tailored to client requirements and workshops can be delivered off site, although some additional expenses associated with meeting room hire and catering will be incurred by the client.
